Offered is an original Wehrmacht obergefreiter’s Wehrpass, in which the holder was shown as being KIA by BOLCHOW, Russia in 1942! At the time of his death the holder of the Wehrpass was assigned to Panzer-Pionier Bataillon 27 (17. Panzer Division).

Wehrpass offered has numerous handwritten entries throughout, official stampings, ink signatures and a passphoto pic of the holder of the book. The Wehrpass has many details about the holder showing that he was initially mobilized in 1941 and assigned to Infanterie Ersatz Bataillon 63. Further details show that the holder of the Wehrpass was trained on the Mauser 98k rile and MG-34 machine gun, and that he was awarded the War Merit Cross w/ Swords II. Klasse. The holder of the book in detailed listings particpated in early battles in Poland (1939), France (1940) and then fought in Russia (1941-42). The Wehrpass further certifies the death of the holder of the book by BOLCHOW, Russia in 1942!
