Offered is a rare original German Waffen SS soldier’s soldbuch (paybook). This soldier saw extensive wartime service in a number of SS Pionier units (starting with SS Pionier Ersatz Batallion “DRESDEN” in 1942) and was awarded a number of awards and was wounded (see scans for notations). The soldbuch is complete with the holders passphoto pic along with numerous stampings, handwritten entries, etc. The pages are all accounted for and the binding is intact; with some age wear and chipping to edges of a few pages noted. These are rarely seen for sale; hence the price on this wonderful rare piece of SS militaria!
