One twenty-four page wartime issued Soldbuch, complete with handwritten entries, official stampings and a uniformed passphoto pic of the holder attached. The soldbuch shows many wonderful details including equipment issued, service pay, hsopitalizations, awards won (including Kurland cuff title issued late in the war in April of 1945), etc. Cover of the Soldbuch has heavy tape reinforcing the spine with pages coming loose; but all being present.
One wartime issued ‘KURLAND’ cuff title made of a gray / green oil cloth material, which was commonly done at the end as opposed to woven cloth, which was in short supply. The cuff title measures to be approximately 8.25” inches in length and 1.5” inches in width. Really a well preserved rare cuff title, which is listed as being issued in the Soldbuch for this veteran.
Two German wartime issued wound paper wound tags for the holder of this grouping.
One Soviet release paper for this holder showing that he was released from captivity in 1948, showing that he survived the war.
