ID Document Grouping: Luftwaffe Unteroffizier's Wehrpass (Luftgau-Kommando XII) & Documents!!!
Being offered is a wonderful grouping to a German man who served in the German Imperial Army (Pionier Bataillon 22) during the Frost World War and went on to join the Luftwaffe where he saw early wartime service prior to being discharged! Documentation included shows that this Luftwaffe veteran was later enlisted / drafted into the Volkssturm (Home Defense / Guard). The grouping includes the following:
Wartime issued Luftwaffe Wehrpass, complete with handwritten entries, official stampings, and a passphoto pic of the holder of the book. Many great details including the holder being awarded the Sudentenland medal, being promoted to gefreiter and then unteroffizier, specialized shools attended, units assigned to (Luftgau-Kommando XII), etc.
A folded paper notification from the German military registration office giving instructions to the holder of the grouping; dated in 1945.
A folded paper document showing the holder of this grouping to be discharged from service with the Volkssturm (Home Guard); dated in 1945.
