Being offered is a rare full sized paper award document issued to a German Freikorps veteran thanking him for his service in fighting for the Reich, which was issued in 1937! The document printed on heavy paper is complete with typed entries and has the ink signature of a SS Gruppenführer who issued the award document. According to the document the veteran served with Grenzschutz ‘NORDOST’. The document has fold lines from the method it was stored, but is relatively intact most likely due to it being distributed on heavy paper stock. Really a unique document worthy of further research, priced to sell!
